By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the slotsph23 platform (accessible at slotsph23.org and all associated subdomains and mobile interfaces), you ("the User," "you," or "Player") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on the slotsph23 platform from time to time.

• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the slotsph23 platform or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

slotsph23 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any deposited funds returned in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) slotsph23 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering a slotsph23 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to ensure it remains accurate and complete at all times.
• Keep your slotsph23 Login credentials (username and password) strictly confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Notify slotsph23 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not, except where such activity results from slotsph23's own negligence or breach.

slotsph23 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

All financial transactions on the slotsph23 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). slotsph23 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-Wallets: GCash, PayMaya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification level and chosen payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on your slotsph23 account.
• slotsph23 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• slotsph23 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Any funds deposited in error must be reported to slotsph23 customer support immediately. slotsph23 will make reasonable efforts to return such funds but cannot guarantee recovery in all circumstances.

slotsph23 offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified players aged 21 and above only.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• slotsph23 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus offers – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or collusion – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed the maximum cashout limit specified in the promotion terms will be forfeited.

All games available on the slotsph23 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The outcomes of all games are genuinely random and not subject to manipulation by slotsph23 or any third party.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions. Past results do not influence future game outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session:

• slotsph23 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its pre-error state where technically possible.
• If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical error, the bet for that round will be refunded to your slotsph23 wallet.
• slotsph23 is not liable for losses resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on slotsph23's servers, the server record shall be the definitive and binding result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slotsph23 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering or using a slotsph23 account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one slotsph23 account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with slotsph23 games or systems.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in slotsph23 games or systems. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to slotsph23 immediately.
• Using the slotsph23 platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code of any slotsph23 software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing slotsph23 staff, customer support agents, or other players.
• Accessing slotsph23 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the slotsph23 platform, including but not limited to the slotsph23 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video content, is the exclusive property of slotsph23 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the slotsph23 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any slotsph23 content without prior written authorization.
• Use the slotsph23 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
• Create derivative works based on slotsph23 content or software.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, slotsph23 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the slotsph23 platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising in connection with the slotsph23 service.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access was not caused by slotsph23's negligence.
• Interruptions to the slotsph23 service caused by circumstances beyond slotsph23's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, natural disasters, or government actions.

slotsph23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your slotsph23 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit slotsph23's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

slotsph23 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and our own responsible gaming policy, slotsph23 provides the following tools and resources to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the slotsph23 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

slotsph23 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from PAGCOR or any other competent authority.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived solely from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no fraud investigation is pending.

You may close your slotsph23 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Closing your account does not affect any rights or obligations that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the slotsph23 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting slotsph23 customer support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.

slotsph23 maintains a formal complaints procedure. All complaints submitted in writing to our support team will receive a substantive response within 10 business days.

slotsph23 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, slotsph23 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the slotsph23 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the slotsph23 platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
